At Biome Theory, we want your order to arrive simply and reliably. Please review the information below for details about shipping on one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Shipping on One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee, which will be applied at checkout.
The shipping charge applies to each eligible one-time order unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Free Shipping on Subscriptions
All Biome Theory subscription orders include free shipping.
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. The shipping offer remains the same throughout your active subscription unless otherwise communicated to you before the change.
3-Month Subscription
When you select the 3-month subscription, you will receive a 3-month supply of Biome Theory Super Greens every 3 months.
Your subscription is billed according to the subscription price and billing schedule displayed at checkout. You will not receive three separate monthly shipments; your 3-month supply is shipped together as one delivery every three months.
Free shipping is included with your subscription.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information when tracking is available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Biome Theory is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Subscription Shipping & Renewals
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to the delivery frequency selected when you subscribe.
You can manage your subscription, including eligible changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations, through your subscription account according to the terms presented when you subscribed.
Your subscription shipping benefits apply to your active subscription orders.
Welcome Kit for First-Time Subscribers
Eligible first-time subscription orders include the free Biome Theory Welcome Kit, which includes:
- Biome Theory Bottle
- Mixer
- Tote
The Welcome Kit is provided with the qualifying first subscription order and is not included with subsequent recurring subscription shipments unless otherwise stated.

While we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Changes to Shipping Terms
Any changes to shipping fees, shipping benefits, or subscription delivery terms will be communicated before they apply to your order or subscription.

One important point: before publishing this, I recommend confirming the exact $9.99 one-time shipping fee and whether it applies to every one-time order. That amount appears in your existing product-page configuration, where the one-time purchase is labeled “$9.99 shipping”, while subscriptions say “Free shipping always.”
Also, your client's message specifically says the 3-month subscription should be a 3-month supply delivered every 3 months, so I've made that wording explicit in the policy rather than saying it is simply "monthly payments."
